Returns Policy

At DirectMotocross.com, we stand by our products and want our customers to enjoy their towels as much as we do.

We accept returns on stock items only, within 30 days of purchase. After inspecting to ensure all items meet our acceptable standard for return, payment will be refunded, excluding shipping charges. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that are not in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that have been washed or used.

The cost of shipping any items returned to DirectMotocross.com will be paid by the customer.
